Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE Powder / Flake
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer PCE is polymerized by various macromolecule organic compounds, which is specialized for cement grouting and other admixtures. Due to its ability to enhance fluidity, improve final setting strength, and decrease cracking after mortar solidifies, it is widely applied in cement non-shrinkage grouting, repair mortar, cement-based flooring grouting, waterproof grouting, crack-sealer, and expanded polystyrene insulation mortar. Furthermore, it is also widely applied in gypsum, refractories, and ceramics.

| No. | Key Advantage Description |
|---|---|
| 1 | Easy and convenient to transport. |
| 2 | Easy to store: Simply avoid high temperatures to ensure longer storage times. |
| 3 | Lower overall costs, including ocean freight and inland transportation. |
| 4 | Higher water reducing rate compared to traditional HPEG-based PCE. |
| 5 | More stable quality compared to liquid. Solid PCE avoids adaptability problems with other materials or impurities sometimes found in liquid formulations. |
| 6 | Quick dissolution in water, taking at most 10 minutes to reach 50% solid content. |
