Amylase is the hydrolysis of starch and glycogen enzymes, usually through amylase catalytic hydrolysis of starch pulp on the fabric. Because of the high efficiency and specificity of amylase, the enzyme desizing rate of desizing is high, desizing is fast, and it causes less pollution. Products treated with this method are softer than those treated with the acid or alkali methods, and the process does not damage the fiber. Amylase is mainly used for starch decomposition and improving filtration speed in juice processing, vegetable processing, syrup manufacturing, glucose, and other processing industries.
